LB Networks Support Inc. Service Contracts are designed to cover hardware failures of your computers and peripherals. This includes repair or replacement of hard drives, power supply, monitors, Ram, cables, peripheral devices, etc. Also Repairs and preventative maintenance to printers. If there is a hardware failure in any part of your computer system, a service contract will cover the labor required to fix the item. Parts are billed to the client. For your convenience, we provide both ON-SITE service contracts and OFF-SITE service contracts. On-site standard hardware and software service: $95/hr Off- site (carry-in): $75/hr ($95 minimum portables) Network cables instillation $125/per run Server installation and setup ($95.00/hr). |
Our On-site Support Contracts are designed to cover any software problems you might encounter. This includes font problems, corrupted systems, software incompatibility, monthly system maintenance programs, troubleshooting peripheral connections, Installations, and any other services, which is not directly caused by faulty hardware. The Support Contract also includes telephone support And Remote Administration. Support contract (Can be used to troubleshoot and repair software and hardware problems. Parts are charged separately.) 10 hours pre-purchased: $75/hr. 20 hours pre-purchased: $65/hr. We can custom design an on-site software support or hardware service contract to fit your needs and your budget, whether you have one machine or one hundred! We are a team of exceptionally knowledgeable and hardworking individuals who strive to get you up and running as quickly as possible when your system is down. In the event that a repair cannot be done immediately a loaner might be available to help with customer needs. We repair computers, laptops, printers and can diagnose and repair many third party hardware failures. If we cannot repair a piece of hardware we can facilitate the repair for you. |
